The boys were up at 7am as usual...we were actually expecting them quite a bit earlier, so Charlie & I feel lucky to have "slept in" on Christmas morning!
Sweet Dylan was his usual cheerful self...he does cry at least once a day for a few minutes.
There are no tea sets or Barbie dolls in our household of boys (though, we do have one baby doll, a "manly kitchen" and a couple of My Little Ponies to keep the girlfriends happy).
This Christmas our playroom has been left bursting at the seams!
We have a castle...

...tons of Star Wars Galatic Heros (they doubled their collection this Christmas--easily getting at least 50 new guys)...

...a roomful of trains (Aunt Diane & Uncle Brandon gave the boys "Grand Central Station")...
...(did I mention the "roomful" was our front living room FULL?)...

...atheletic clothing for "BEALS UNIVERSITY"...
...a puppy named "Superman"...
...another pirate ship (we now have two...less sharing)...
...and Luke's favorite-- A SPACESHIP!
So we'd like to go on record as stating that our boys do know presents and vacation are not the REAL REASON for Christmas...which is not entirely reflected here (but we'll just blame the relatives).
Thanks for all the gifts that will help entertain the boys for the next two weeks...(resulting in Karen keeping her sanity).
May you be as blessed as we feel; and may your house be a little quieter than ours! :)
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
